The Thinking Body-The Feeling MindTMSM
The Thinking Body-The Feeling MindTMSM (created by Linda Lack, Ph.D.) is a developmental movement technique based on classic Hatha Yoga, movement therapy and kinesiology principles. Through mind/body integration, TB-FM unveils what issues (weakness or imbalances) one may have and then works to resolve them. It is a wonderful tool that can help reduce pain or minimize movement limitations. Lack has shaped the technique to reveal universal truths about the human body, alignment, movement, and breath. This allows a student to participate in any form of exercise, sport or recreation with a greater awareness that will ultimately create freedom and reduce chances of injury.
