Weekly Group Class Descriptions
- Monday: Basics of body movement, and back and upper body awareness. “Moving Circles”.
- Wednesday: Basics of lower body organization and coordination, leg strength and mobility.
- Thursday: Basics of strength: abdominals and upper body. Standing balances and exploration of intermediate and advanced movement sequences.
- Friday: Cumulative view of TBFM technique.
Advanced Class (Invitation Only): High-level movement sequences that incorporate the latest concepts of the TBFM technique. Expansion of new anatomical themes highlighted in the monthly intensives. Faster-paced; material is built-upon each week. An opportunity for experienced movers.
